Remarks:
1. Each registration fee includes publication of 1 paper of maximum 5 pages in the conference proceedings, 1 CD-ROM Proceedings, 1 volume of printed proceedings which contains your paper, lunches, dinners, banquet, tea breaks, as well as all technical sessions.
2. Each paper must have 1 dedicated registration with full payment received by the date specified in the acceptance email for the paper to be included in the proceedings and conference program (multiple papers require multiple registration fees). All accepted but unregistered papers will be excluded from the conference proceedings, conference program, EI Compendex, ISTP, and IEEE Xplore.
3. Students, attending the conference without a paper, publishing a paper without attending the conference, or groups will also need to register with the same fees.
4. The registration fee for attending the conference without publishing a paper is US$130, which includes lunches, dinners, banquet, tea breaks, as well as all technical sessions. Extra printed proceedings will cost US$40 per volume and CD-ROM proceedings will cost US$40 per piece.

会议注册费（含论文版面费）: 人民币2600元
加页费: 如果您的文章超过5页，超过的部分每页加收人民币400元。
注:
1. 每份注册费包括一篇文章（最多5页）的版面费、会议论文集光盘一张、包括您的论文的纸质论文集一卷、中餐、晚餐、茶、会议晚宴和所有会议程序。
2.组委会必须要在注册截止日内收到每篇文章的所有费用，该文章才能发表和检索。被录用但不在截止日内交费的文章将不被发表和检索。多篇文章需要多份费用。
3. 学生、参会而不发表论文、发表论文但不能参会、或者团体都付以上同样的费用。 。
4. 参会而不发表论文注册费RMB800，含参会者的中餐、晚餐、茶、会议晚宴和所有会议程序，需要纸质论文集（每卷）或者光盘（每张）者另付RMB200元。

国内作者通过银行汇款的几点说明
①作者通过银行汇款，请您一定切记要求银行营业员在“附件信息及用途”一栏中填写所录用的论文编号P****和第一作者姓名（请不要填写“会议注册费等字样”）
②汇出注册费后，请把银行转账单据扫描件（请不要扫描您手工填写的单据，扫描银行打印的电汇凭证，您可以在该单据上确认银行是否已添加附加信息）和注册表一起发到会议邮箱 (邮件主题：'P****注册信息')。如果我们在规定时间内没有收到扫描的银行转账单据和注册表，我们将视为没有收到注册费。
