The 2010 Sixth International Conference on Natural Computation (ICNC'10) and the 2010 Seventh International Conference on Fuzzy Systems and Knowledge Discovery (FSKD'10) will be jointly held from 10-12 August 2010, in Yantai, China. Yantai was listed as one of the world's most inhabitable places by the United Nations and was recognized as the "most charming city of China" by China Central Television. Undulating hills rise above the area's many rivers and are framed by beaches and neighboring islands. Famous tourist attractions include the Tashan Mountain, Kongdong Island, and Penglai Pavilion Scenic Area. Seafood and fruits are plentiful in Yantai.
ICNC-FSKD is a premier international forum for scientists and researchers to present the state of the art of data mining and intelligent methods inspired from nature, particularly biological, linguistic, and physical systems, with applications to signal processing, design, and more. This is an exciting and emerging interdisciplinary area in which a wide range of theory and methodologies are being investigated and developed to tackle complex and challenging problems. Previously, the joint conferences in 2005 through 2009 each attracted over 3000 submissions from around the world. ICNC'10-FSKD'10 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society.
Selected best papers will appear in Computers & Mathematics with Applications, an SCI-indexed journal. All papers in conference proceedings will be indexed by both EI Compendex and ISTP, as well as the IEEE Xplore (ICNC’10 in IEEE Conferences; FSKD’10 in IEEE Conferences. 重要通知：

1.请作者汇款时一定在汇款单上写明文章编号和作者，否则我们无法知道汇款来自哪一篇文章，进而耽误您的注册。
2.同一名作者有多篇论文费用没有优惠，具体在网站的注册页面有详细说明。
3.论文题目原则上不能改变。第一作者不能变，其余作者可以调整，一名作者也可有多个单位。以上所有改变都需要同 步调整投稿系统的信息。
4.一般不寄送纸质的录用通知，确因特殊原因需要，请与会务组icnc2010@ytu.edu.cn联系，稍后会以电子版或挂号信的形式发出。
5.发票、论文集、光盘只能在会议时才能领取，未参加会议作者的材料，会议结束后由会议秘书处负责寄送。
6.论文格式请参照模板，word模板不用考虑括号的内容，只需要把原来的部分用自己论文的内容代替即可，建议使用Latex模板。论文规范：题目需要单词的第一个字母大写，姓名需要名在前，姓在后，不能缩写，第一个字母大写。
7.论文最终版的生成步骤请作者仔细阅读网站的说明，按照步骤来没有任何问题，稍后会给出中文说明。
8.ICNC'09和FSKD'09论文已经全部EI核心检索。
9.推荐论文到SCI期刊（Computers & Mathematics with Applications）的工作需要所有注册工作完成后才能由程序委员会进行，所以请作者尽快完成注册手续。
10.酒店、旅游、票务等问题会在稍后的邮件和网站中体现。
11.会议的ID有两个，ICNC10x和FSKD10x，视作者的论文被哪一个会议录取而定。
12.Copyright需要作者下载word版，打印，手写签名，然后扫描或照相为电子版（一定转为PDF），再上传。
13.会务组在收到作者的所有材料后给作者一个确认信（需要人工核对，需一段时间），请耐心等待。
14.还没有收录用或拒绝通知的作者请尽快用电子邮件与会务组联系，icnc2010@ytu.edu.cn
15.必须严格按照要求填写注册表、论文最终版、缴费单的复印件和Copyright单请一定一起上传，否则 后果自负。在截至日期5月10日之前一定完成注册以及论文最终版和Copyright的提交，否则相关系统将关闭。为方便国内作者填写IEEE的版权声明，特别制作了版权声明的模板(ICNC'10,FSKD'10)，请作者参照，红色部分是需要作者填写的。
16.作者上传最终稿后，目前自己看不到最终稿，只要不出现提交错误的提示就说明提交正确了。我们组委会将手工检查最终稿是否正常，然后在2-3天之内给作者Email回复，请作者耐心等待。只要作者在5月10日之前（含10日）已经提交了文件，我们就认为您是来得及的。 作者汇款之后我们也需要一段时间才能收到汇款单。另外，汇款单上没有写论文编号的将耗费更多的时间核对。
